Kilram is a level 58 troll quest giver weaponsmith located in Everlook in the contested territory of Winterspring.
He starts the quest 
[60] Snakestone of the Shadow Huntress (Blacksmithing, Raid) and provides access to axesmithing specialization.
Upon completion of this quest, Kilram provides blacksmiths the recipe for Dawn's Edge.
