Kilrath is a level 68 quest giver located just northwest of the Bleeding Hollow Ruins in the contested territory of Terokkar Forest.

In Wrath of the Lich King
In the upcoming expansion, Kilrath can be found in Wintergrasp as a questgiver for the Horde. He then goes under the name of Tactical Officer Kilrath.
