Kirsta Deepshadow is level 53 quest giver located in a hidden camp in a small dip in the mountains northeast of the Northridge Lumber Camp in the contested territory of Western Plaguelands. Based on her comments at the completion of her questline, she appears to have connections with Elling Trias - she says she'll report to "Elling... I mean to Stormwind".
