Kiz Coilspanner is a level 65 flight master located in the Hatchet Hills in the Ghostlands. As of Patch 2.3, he provides flight-path transportation between Ghostlands and Eastern Plaguelands - the only flight path between an original WoW zone and a Burning Crusade zone, as well as the second flight path available to Alliance set within Horde territory (the other being Ratchet in The Barrens). However until one finds the flightpoint at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands, the only flight-path available that connects to Kiz is the Horde flight-path to Tranquillien in the Ghostlands.
