Knight-Lord Bloodvalor was a blood elf quest giver before the Cataclysm. He is located in Farstriders' Square in the blood elf capital of Silvermoon City. A member of the Order of Blood Knights, he is in charge of training the rank-and-file paladins, unless they receive summons from Lord Solanar Bloodwrath (and Lady Liadrin herself before him) to train as Masters.
