Kolkar Crag[48, 78] was a craggy gorge in southern Durotar called this way because of the Kolkar centaurs inhabiting it.
History[]
Three years after the Battle of Mount Hyjal, when Theramore received words that orc troops were massing at Kolkar Crag, they sent reinforcements to Northwatch Hold.[1]
The Kolkar plotted to launch an attack on the towns of Durotar: The Valley of Trials, Sen'jin Village, Razor Hill, and even the gates of Orgrimmar.[2] The Kolkar here were led by Warlord Kolkanis.
After the Cataclysm, the crag was now inhabited by human soldiers from the Northwatch Expeditionary Unit, resulting in the gorge being renamed to Northwatch Foothold.
