Koren <The Blacksmith> is an elite level 70 ghostly blacksmithing vendor located in the Livery Stables in the instance of Karazhan. At one time he was under the pay of the Violet Eye, although he may not have known it, or may have forgotten.

Koren will offer his vendor and repair services to you once you are at least honored with The Violet Eye faction.
