Kristen DeMeza is a level 63 quest giver located at the Nesingwary Safari in the contested territory of Nagrand. She is only available at certain times, when she's not off hunting for skins. She will come walking out of Windyreed Pass, and get attacked by an assassin at the safari.
If she is rescued, she starts her quest 
[65] I'm Saved!.

She is a reference to former Blizzard employee Caydiem (aka Kisirani, KDM = Cay-di-em) who was in charge of world events, and a regular on the druid forums. The fact that she is "ganked" by Gankly Rottenfist is probably a reference to the fact that she was often assaulted by forum trolls, or he represents the constant conflict between higher-leveled, well-geared players attacking low-leveled players that want to turn in quests.

On 24th of May 2008, at 10:26 ingame time (Skullcrusher PVP EU realm) Kristen DeMeza was seen despawning. According to other people's observations, she spawns every 1.5 hours. So if that is right, she would spawn at these times: (10:26 + 1.5 hours - 5 minutes of time that she is just standing there.)

On 26th of May 2008, at 21:38 ingame time (Anub'arak PVP US realm) Kristen DeMeza was spotted riding down Windyreed Pass. If the 1.5 hour respawn time is correct then she reappears at the following times:
00:38 - 02:08 - 03:38 - 05:08 - 06:38 - 08:08 - 09:38 - 11:08 - 12:38 - 14:08 - 15:38 - 17:08 - 18:38 - 20:08 - 21:38 - 23:08
Thes figures could though be false, for example a player waited over an hour for Kristen, starting at 23:00, and she finally spawned at 00:08. This could have to do with timezones.
