Kvaldir Sandterrors can be found throughout Biel'aran Ridge in the Shimmering Expanse, but only during the Naz'jar Battlemaiden chain that begins with Visions of the Past: The Slaughter of Biel'aran Ridge. They have the ability to summon damaging sand vortexes under their attackers' feet.
