Lady is a neutral level 5 critter, chasing Cleo around the Blacksmith in Arathi Basin. Lady and Cleo appear only when the Alliance claims the Blacksmith for the League of Arathor.
The Horde counterpart of Lady is Underfoot who chases Spike around when the Defilers control the Blacksmith.
Her name may be a reference to the Direwolf of the same name from George R.R. Martian's A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels.
