Lady Blaumeux is one of the Four Horsemen of Naxxramas. Judging by her black coloring, Lady Blaumeux most likely represents the third "Rider of the Apocalypse", the "Rider of Famine". It is presumed that Lady Blaumeux was formally a paladin.

Wrath of the Lich KingEdit

Lady Blaumeux survived her encounter in the first siege against Naxxramas in the Eastern Plaguelands, and subsequently returns as one of the Four Horsemen in the newly relocated necropolis floating above the Dragonblight. According to Commander Eligor Dawnbringer's lecture in Wintergarde Keep, Blaumeux "calls forth the power of shadows, drawing the souls of the living into the voracious embrace".
