Context
Jaina Proudmoore, leader of Theramore Isle, was once in a romantic relationship with the prince of Lordaeron, Arthas Menethil. That relationship ended prior to the Scourge of Lordaeron. When Jaina dropped the coin is curious. If she dropped it during their relationship, it can merely be taken as a woman wanting her boyfriend back. If it was after the Scourge of Lordaeron, it tells that Jaina still has feelings for Arthas, despite him being the Lich King.
