Lady Vespira is a level 22 rare mob naga found roaming throughout the Ruins of Mathystra in Darkshore. She is on an 8.5 to 12.5 hour respawn timer.

• Knockdown (Inflicts 32 to 48 damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.)
• Shoot (Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.)
