This item is similar to the Large Red Rocket, but cannot be crafted by Engineers. It can only be obtained during the Lunar Festival. It requires the presence of a [Firework Launcher] to be used.
Various quests during the Lunar Festival offer a [Lunar Festival Fireworks Pack]. Each of these packs contains several Large White Rockets.
