Leader of the Pack
While in Cat, Bear, or Dire Bear form, the Leader of the Pack increases ranged and melee critical chance of all party members within 45 yards by 5%.

Leader of the Pack is a passive talent that increases the melee and ranged critical chance of your party members by 5%. One must be in Cat, Bear or Dire Bear form for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful to druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DD when they're in a party.

Notes

Leader of the Pack is a prerequisite for both Improved Leader of the Pack and Mangle.

Talent improvement

Improved Leader of the Pack causes party members to heal themselves for a percentage of their health with each critical hit.

Tips and tactics

Raid leaders should be cognizant of the grouping of melee DPS - A druid with this talent can improve the DPS (and survivability, if so talented) of rogues or DPS warriors significantly.

Also, druid tanks should be aware of the added value that the improved version gives to their stamina. Because of the percentage nature of the health restored (as opposed to a flat value), the higher your HP, the more you get healed.
