Leader of the Pack
While in Cat, Bear, or Dire Bear form, the Leader of the Pack increases ranged and melee critical chance of all party/raid members within 45 yards by 5%.

Leader of the Pack is a passive talent that increases the melee and ranged critical chance of your party/raid members by 5%. One must be in Cat, Bear or Dire Bear form for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful to druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DD when they're in a party/raid.

Notes

Leader of the Pack is a prerequisite for both Improved Leader of the Pack and Mangle.

Talent improvement

Improved Leader of the Pack causes party members to heal themselves for a percentage of their health with each critical hit.

Tips and tactics

Affects all people within 45yards of the druid in a raid. Party setup is no longer a concern.

Also, druid tanks should be aware of the added value that the improved version gives to their stamina. Because of the percentage nature of the health restored (as opposed to a flat value), the higher your HP, the more you get healed.
