This comes at the end of a 6 quest-long chain of quests. They are an excellent set of tanking legs, comparable to Timewarden's Leggings or Felsteel Leggings with the advantage of not having to spend gold on gems. They also provide superior avoidance through Dodge (from agility) and parry.
