Legionnaire's Band is one of several Horde PvP reward rings from Warsong Gulch aimed at melee classes with bonuses to Strength, Agility and Stamina. They can be purchased from Kelm Hargunth <Warsong Supply Officer> at Mor'shan Base Camp in The Barrens.

Notes
Each item is Unique, but you could wear two different level Legionnaire's Bands if you wanted to, as these are different items.
The Alliance equivalent is Protector's Band.
The Horde Warsong Gulch caster ring is Advisor's Ring.
