Leprithus is a level 19 rare mob ghoul found in the human territory of Westfall. Leprithus spawns everyday at 8:00pm server time in two locations, meaning there are two copies of the same mob in existence at the same time (twice the loot!). One copy spawns under a tree a little south west of the Jangolode Mine. The tree has a small square fence about it with some coffins within the fence line. Leprithus will not move and has two non elite ghouls flanking him. The other copy spawns in the Dagger Hills, directly to the north and slightly to the east of the Deadmine's gates (in Stranglethorn Vale). There is another tree with coffins under it, and again Leprithus is flanked by two ghouls and will path back and forth from this location to the bridge to Duskwood, east of The Dead Acre.
