[Heal] spell.

Notes
- Lesser Heal has various disadvantages compared to the better version, Heal. It is not affected by talents like Inspiration and Divine Fury, and it gains very little from +Healing. It normally is only used at low levels.

Healing Done
The actual amount of healing done by the Lesser Heal spell is calculated as follows:
- Healing_Done = (LHeal_Base + ((Casttime/3.5) * Spellbonus * Downrankfactor) ) * Spiritual_Healing
For example, when casting rank 3 Lesser Heal at level 70 with full Spiritual Healing talents, with 1776 +heal bonus, the spell will heal (max value):
- Healing_Done = (165 + (2.5/3.5) * 1776 * 0.1875) * 1.1 = 293
Note that in this example, the downranking modifier is given as 0.1875%. The downrank modifier is the greatest obstacle for effective use of this spell at higher levels.
