Lhara sold a selection of limited quantity items prior to the revamp of the Darkmoon Faire in Patch 4.3.0. Many of the trade items that she sold, such as Arctic Fur, various motes, and some rare herbs like Ancient Lichen to name just a few, cost significantly less than the going rate for the same goods in the auction houses. It was not unusual to see players camping out around her to wait for respawn of these limited quantity items.
