With some work you can turn in the Libram of Rapidity to Lorekeeper Lydros to receive an Arcanum of Rapidity, wich will permanently adds 1% haste to a leg or head slot item.

- 1 Pristine Black Diamond
- 2 Large Brilliant Shard
- 2 Blood of Heroes
