Lieutenant Caldwell is a level 37 human found in Dustwallow Marsh.
Background
Lieutenant Caldwell was the leader of the group of Theramore Isle soldiers in Dustwallow Marsh who assassinated Paval Reethe, apparently for the latter's desertion and perceived involvement with the Horde. However, the fact that Caldwell ordered Paval killed instead of letting him stand trial suggests that Paval may have known something about Caldwell that the latter wanted to remain secret. Whatever Caldwell may have been involved in will likely remain a mystery, as he was slain in the ensuing skirmish with Paval and two Horde agents who came to question him regarding the missing supplies in the Brackenwall Village and the burning of the Shady Rest Inn.
