Lieutenant Commander's Refuge is the Alliance six piece PvP-Rare set for Druids. This set replaces Lieutenant Commander's Sanctuary; which is no longer available.

The Lieutenant Commander's Refuge items are sold by Sergeant Major Clate in the Champions' Hall in Stormwind.  They are purchased using honor points and marks of honor.
