Lieutenant Fawkes^{[81, 79.4]}

is the first quest giver Alliance players encounter when they crash land aboard the ship docked at Highbank in the Twilight Highlands. After requesting the deaths of the attacking Horde, Fawkes can later be found at the northern end of Highbank, training a small squad of Highbank Marksmen.
