This item was the first Alchemist Stone introduced on Patch 4.0.1, and is basically for tanks. On Patch 4.0.6, more Stones were introduced, with Agility and Strenght, for example.

It is ideal to Feral Druids, as they'll use as a defense the Socket bonus, - Critical Strike Chance - using the conversion of Savage Defense.
