Light's Point Tower is located on the bluffs west and above of Light's Point, just east of the Havenshire Mine northeast of Havenshire.

Interestingly, if you visit the Ruins of the Scarlet Enclave in the present, this tower appears as a half destroyed tower instead of being fully destroyed.
