Lightning Mastery is a passive talent that reduces casting time of the Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells by 0.1 seconds per rank, up to 0.5 seconds at rank 5.

Past changes

• In Patch 2.3, cast time reduction was changed to 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 sec from 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 sec.
