Liquid pyrite is an ammunition found in Ulduar used by Salvaged Demonishers in the Flame Leviathan fight at the entrance of Ulduar.
Locations
Some pyrite will already be on the ground around the Flame Leviathan area of Ulduar. However, during the encounter, Pyrite Safety Containers in the air can be shot down with ranged attacks, such as Anti-Air Rocket.
Salvaged Demolishers start with a full tank of pyrite. When they use a healing pad, this also maximizes their pyrite store.
As ammunition
Liquid pyrite is ammunition for the Salvaged Demolishers:
- Hurl Pyrite Barrel: Driver ability, Hurls an orb of blue pyrite into the distance, dealing damage, but consumes ammo.
- Increased Speed: Passenger ability, Injects liquid pyrite into the engines, increasing movement speed by 100%. Lasts 20 sec.
Note
Liquid Pyrite is actually considered a mob, although it behaves much more like an object. This was probably necessary so it could be picked up by the vehicles.
