Little Timmy is the furthest from to Alicia.
Little Timmy first appeared in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. He was a young boy, the son of Alicia. He lived in a farmhouse in the outskirts of Strahnbrad at the beginning of the Third War. While Strahnbrad was under attack by the Blackrock clan, Little Timmy was kidnapped by a pack of gnolls. Prince Arthas rescued Timmy at the behest of his mother.[1]
Little Timmy makes another appearance in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne as a vendor selling Ice Shards.[2]
Little Timmy appeared again in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. He and his mother Alicia can be found in Theramore in chapter II of The Founding of Durotar, "Old Hatreds", indicating their escape from Lordaeron, probably as part of Jaina Proudmoore's Human Expedition.

The following Timmys may or may not be the same kid, there have been no confirmation by Blizzard Entertainment and probably it's just a Blizzard joke which may never be resolved.
Timmy / Timmy the Cruel
In Warcraft III, there is a ghoul named Timmy, while in World of Warcraft there is a ghoul named Timmy the Cruel. They could be the same. Some speculated that the Timmy-ghoul was in fact Little Timmy at the time of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, however, Little Timmy later appeared Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne in the undead campaign selling Ice Shards and in the bonus campaign set chronologically later in the timeline. Little Timmy is with his mother on Theramore very much alive.
Lil Timmy
In Stormwind City, there is an NPC named Lil Timmy who looks very much like Little Timmy from Warcraft III. Little Timmy may have later moved to Stormwind City to sell cats, explaining how there is a living Timmy there bearing such a resemblance.

Trivia
Also, there is a penguin named Little Timmy in "The Return to Northrend". He doesn't have any purpose, he may just be one of Blizzards Easter Eggs.
