Loon Mai^{[19.5, 56.9]}

(aka Watch Commander Loon Mai) is the leader of the Shado-Pan forces attempting to drive back the mantid swarms from Stoneplow in the Valley of the Four Winds. The battle does not go well; he has to order the evacuation of the farmers, though most ignore his warnings to defend their lands.
