Lord Malathrom is a level 31 rare mob ghoul found in the Dawning Woods Catacombs in Duskwood. He is on a 5-8 hour respawn timer.
He can summon Sloth and Sludge to assist him. They can apply short-lasting, but continuously reapplied debuffs that slow you (?) but have a small amount of health, kill them when they are spawned to avoid the debuff, and also because if they're left alive, he can still summon more of them. He also casts Shadow word: Pain.
