Majordomo of the Firelands (aka Majordomo) appears to be the tittle given to Ragnaros' second in command.
Known Majordomo
Majordomo Executus - He gained his exalted status by proving to be nearly invincible in the battles that raged within the elemental plane. He was killed by adventurers that assaulted the Molten Core.
Fandral Staghelm - Turned mad by the Emerald Dream, he was kept away within a barrow den in Mount Hyjal. When the forces of Ragnaros began their assault, fearing that the Twilight's Hammer would use him for nefarious purposes, Ysera decided to have him moved to Moonglade, but the treatrous courrier Alysra delivered him straight into the hands of the Ragnaros. He now leads the Druids of the Flame.
