[Design: Lustrous Dragon's Eye] can be purchased for 2 by  Tiffany Cartier <Jewelcrafting Supplies> in the jewelcrafting shop in Dalaran or by  Anuur <Jewelcrafting Supplies> at the Argent Tournament in Icecrown.

Patch changes

• This was reduced from 20 to 17 MP5 after 3.2.0.
• Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009):
  • Mana Regeneration: All items that provide "X mana per five seconds" have had the amount of mana they regenerate increased by approximately 25%.
  • [Dragon's Eye] gems stat bonuses increased. In addition, these gems are no longer prismatic and must be matched to the appropriate colored socket to activate an item's socket bonus.
