Mack Fearsen can be found in various areas within the game, often shown only as Mack.

Mack Fearsen is a level 70 human quest giver found in Granite Springs^{[16.7, 48.3]} of Grizzly Hills. He can also be found as simply "Mack" in the Hatchet Hills of the Ghostlands.

Mack can also be found within Smuggler's Scar^{[56.7, 29.8]}, a cave in Kelp'thar Forest. He is part of the ill-fated crew that sails into Vashj'ir, only to have their ship sunk.

He later joins the caravan that departs from Thistleshrub Valley^{[30.4, 65.6]} and travels into Uldum, only to be captured along with everyone else by pygmies. The caravan members escape their captors as part of the introductory quests to that zone. Mack joins several of his fellow escapees into the friendly village of Mar'at^{[50, 40]} where he is a quest giver.
