Madaggan is a dragonspawn of the black flight who resides in southern Dustwallow Marsh. He wishes to see the Alliance vacate from Theramore. He willingly assists a group of Theramore defectors (ex-Kul Tiras marines) in an assasination atempt on Jaina Proudmoore. He sends his daughter, Shalrath to assist the defectors.^[1]
