Madrigosa is a female blue dragon flying above 
Brutallus in the Dead Scar, visible from both the Isle of Quel'Danas and within the Sunwell Plateau. She came to the island with Kalecgos in order to defend Anveena from Kil'jaeden and the rest of the Burning Legion, though the two became separated within the Plateau.
Inside the raid, when players approach the Den of Iniquity, a room overlooking the Dead Scar, Madrigosa blocks their way with a wall of ice and does battle with Brutallus, demanding answers about Anveena and Kalecgos, only to be killed by the pit lord. When the raid defeats Brutallus, his blood seeps into the ground and flows beneath her body, dissolving her flesh and raising her skeletal remains as Felmyst, a fel dragon, who is the third boss of the Sunwell Plateau.

- Madrigosa traps Brutallus in an arcane barrier.
- Madrigosa yells: Speak, I grow weary of asking!
- Brutallus does battle with Madrigosa, eventually killing her.
- Madrigosa yells: Malygos, my lord! I did my best!
- Brutallus yells: That was fun, but I still await a true challenge!
- Brutallus yells: Come, try your luck!
- Brutallus roars, shattering the ice barrier.
