Can be obtained at level 30. Starts at mage trainers in capital cities and directs you to Tabetha, a witch in the middle of Dustwallow Marsh. The final reward is a choice of 3 wands, each giving +9 spell damage to Fire, Frost or Arcane spells.

Quest Chain for Celestial Orb or Celestial Stave

Can be obtained at level 35. Starts at mage trainers in capital cities and continues with Tabetha, who again gives a series of challenging quests. The final reward is a choice of Celestial Orb or Celestial Stave, rare quality items that give increased spell damage and intellect.
