The alchemy recipe to create the Magic Resistance Potion is a random drop from mid-level humanoids (like many recipes).
Notes
- The herbs are easily farmed in Azshara, Feralas and elsewhere. For many encounters they are more useful than a "absorbs X of Y damage" type Protection potion.
- The potion DOES stack with Paladin auras / Shaman totems. (this requires confirmation, testing now shows it does not stack with other classes)
- This potion no longer stacks with a priest's Shadow Protection buff or with a with druid's Gift of the Wild buff.
