Magistrix Fyalenn is a level 73 quest giver located on the Scryer's Tier of the neutral Shattrath City. Fyalenn is located by the entrance to the Seer's Library, coords 45,81.

She starts the following quests:

•  [65] Firewing Signets
•  [65] Single Firewing Signet (Repeatable)
•  [65] More Firewing Signets (Repeatable)
•  [70] Sunfury Signets
•  [70] Single Sunfury Signet (Repeatable)
•  [70] More Sunfury Signets (Repeatable)

These are used to gain faction with the Scryers.
