Magnus Frostwake is a level 50 blacksmithing and alchemy recipe vendor located in Caer Darrow in the contested territory of Western Plaguelands. He is normally invisible, and can only be seen once the player has equipped the [Spectral Essence] item from the quest 
[60] Kirtonos the Herald.
