Magra <The Third Khan> is a level 43 elite undead centaur found in Maraudon. The Magram tribe may be named after him. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Magra.
Note, Blizzard has made an in-game typo in the titles of the five khans. <The Nth Kahn(sic)>
