General Information

Sentinels is a Role Playing server. It went online July 12th, 2006, and is on Pacific Standard Time (PST). It is considered a medium population server with a large Alliance population, though the Horde are noted for being a powerful force in both endgame and World PvP content on the server.

Roleplaying on Sentinels

The roleplay community on Sentinels is considered to be a tightly-knit family. Random RP is hard to come by due to the server's age, but keeping oneself flagged for RP does help RPers find eachother. There are also a number of resources available such as in-game chat channels to help connect to RPers on the server and to help foster camaraderie. A seedy "hole in the wall" type of tavern meant to appeal to the misfits and shady characters of the Alliance.
  • Horde The Wyvern's Tail — Every other Monday from 6-7pm in Orgrimmar.
A place where warriors of the Horde can rest their souls and enjoy some rare, hand-picked ales you won't find anywhere else!
  • Alliance The Wayward Son — Every Tuesday from 6-8pm in Hearthglen in Western Plaguelands.
A well-known establishment that got its start in Stormwind. It is now being run by the Retribution of Arathor within their new base of operations.
  • Alliance The Wyrmhearth Tavern — Every Saturday evening from 8-10pm in Thelsemar.
Come for the food, drink, quirky characters, and did we mention food? The Wyrmhearth is world famous for its Hot Dragon Wings!

Hosted by the Servitors of Lothar, this annual celebration of Hallow's End features themed food, drinks, events (including a three-legged race which rumors suggest that it involved severed limbs), a costume contest, and a spooky story competition.
  • Alliance Winter Veil Ball — Held during the Winter Veil Festival in Dun Morogh
This event has become a Winter Veil holiday tradition with food, drink, events, and dancing of course! It has been sponsored by both the Retribution of Arathor, and the Servitors of Lothar in the past.
