Mak'aru

Mak'aru is the capital city of the makrura civilization. It is built on the ocean floor directly beneath the Eye in the Maelstrom. Brann Bronzebeard describes it as composed of a seemingly organic material, possibly grown out of coral.

The makrura despise the naga of Nazjatar and are forever at war with them.
