Father Malgor Devidicus is located within the inn of Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula.^{[54.3, 63.6]}

He appears to be quite the patron of the bar there. He is linked to Arator the Redeemer — as he was the half-elf's father's friend 15 years ago — who can be overheard telling the bartender, Sid Limbardi, that Father Malgor Devidicus "may be the only link" he has to his mother's and father's life.
