The Mallet of Zul'Farrak allows the player to summon a boss in Zul'Farrak, Gahz'rilla.

The steps to obtaining the Mallet of Zul'Farrak are simple. They are explained in [Ancient Tablet], which is a random drop in Zul'Farrak. First, you need to head to The Hinterlands. Go to the Altar of Zul. At the top are two mobs, Qiaga the Keeper and Morta'gya the Keeper. The Sacred Mallet drops off of Qiaga.
Next, you need to go to Jintha'Alor, namely, the altar at the top. You'll fight your way through level 45-50 mobs on the long trek up. At the top is an amphitheater, with the Altar of Jintha'alor in the middle. On it is Elder Torntusk, a Horde NPC. After clearing the mobs, stand by the altar and right-click the Sacred Mallet. This will transform it into the Mallet of Zul'Farrak.
Notes
To summon Gahz'rilla in Zul'Farrak, you need to have the Mallet of Zul'Farrak in your backpack. Then just click the gong on the one side of the pool. The gong will sound and the hydra will emerge from the pool.
Qiaga the Keeper, Morta'gya the Keeper and the mobs at Jintha'alor used to be elite mobs until Patch 2.3.0
