Mana Remnant are found near the Prison of Immol'thar.

Abilities

• Blink (Teleports the caster 20 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.)
• Chain Lightning (Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing Nature damage to each.)
