Manaclaw is a level 58 elite blue drake found in the Mazthoril cave in Winterspring.
He usually freezes one of the party members (who is then rendered as "stunned") during the fight for a few seconds.
Trivia
The spell that freezes the player have a rabbit foot icon, which is a refrence to "I know dragons with feet like rabbits tis true I swear!" said by Xzar from Baldur's Gate 1.
