Marli Wishrunner

Marli Wishrunner is a level 60 quest giver located in a small camp right by the road between the Twin Colossals, in a nook in the northwestern colossal in the contested territory of Feralas. She is friendly to both Alliance and Horde.
She starts the quest 
[?] To the Top, which teleports you to the top of the southeastern colossal.
