Marshal Haggard is a level 20 quest giver located in Eastvale Logging Camp in the human starting zone of Elwynn Forest. He is a former military leader of the Stormwind Army before retiring from active duty to Elwynn Forest. Warriors in training are directed to him. Should they complete his task, they are given one of his weapons.
Recently, a Defias Brotherhood member named Dead-Tooth Jack stole the Haggard's Marshal Badge. At one point, Dead-tooth Jack disguised himself as Marshal Dughan by wearing a Stormwind tabard and tricked Haggard into giving him his old Stormwind Marshal's badge. Jack reportedly laughed as he took off with the badge. Haggard blames the fact that he was tricked on the poor lighting that day. He claims later on that he is nearly blind and wears an eyepatch as well.
In his younger days as the leader of the Stormwind Guard, he drank at the Scarlet Raven Tavern with his soldiers. He knows Tavernkeep Smitts from there.
When he moved into Elwynn forest the previous owner of his dwelling left various papers in it, one of which was a faded journal page left that details the Legend of Stalvan.
