Barley H. Crown is one of the denizens of Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm in Westfall, found inside the house during the Feast of Winter Veil. He wears a Santa hat and sits in front of a small Christmas tree.
His name closely resembles that of the cartoon character Charlie Brown, and his presence appears to be a homage to the American TV special A Charlie Brown Christmas.
